Apparently Ebay doesn't have a customer service phone number anymore. I sent a request to the seller 4 days ago and have not heard from them. Seems like it's impossible to contact them for help and the virtual assistant isn't vey good either...How can I contact ebay for help ? Thank You

Have you opened an item not as described case?
Have you returned the item?
Most issues can be easily resolved through the Resolution Center, but don't know if yours is one of those issues, since you have not given much detail.

If you have an open return, you should have been issued a return label?

When you say "On Getting my Return Handled" it's not clear that you opened a return. You have to be more specific.
4 days ago was Mar 11.
Friday and Monday are the first 2 business days, so you won't see a button to ask eBay to step in until Wednesday, the day after the 3 business days which you have to wait.
eBay told you that date when you sent your request 4 days ago; you have to wait:

The seller should respond and let you know what to do next. If you don't hear back or can't work things out, you can ask us to step in and help starting on Mar 17, 2021.
