Generating QR code shipping label after purchase of any type of label

Why can I not generate a QR code shipping label when I purchased the label? Why is it only pdf or QR code? Why are  not both available?

Probably because few would do so, Its like wearing suspenders and a belt.

Try the reprint label function see if that helps

Ran into same problem, never had an issue before, but this time I create two QR code labels and they usually just email right to me. Not this time. Had to 1) Download the QR codes to my desktop 2) Email the images of the QR codes to my phone 3) take these codes to the post office only for them to tell me it doesn't work. 4) Had to end up writing the labels by hand and paying a second time for shipping then 6) Returning home to update the tracking numbers manually. Remind me again what the high fees on eBay pays for? Apparently not consistent service.

Hey @penepart! The issue where sellers did not receive emails with QR codes for labels purchased with QR codes has now been resolved. Thank you for your patience.
