General eBay Shipping Updates

Video from last week's Seller Check In. About 6 min of updates from eBay followed by 20 min of Q&A. Some of the highlights:

• ShipCover insurance can now be purchased for domestic USPS shipments up to $15k (last year cap was $1k). International increased to $10k.
• Discussion surrounding tariffs and eBay protecting sellers using eBay International Shipping (eIS).
• Discussion surrounding eIS complying with import regulations, specifically mentions Motors P&A to Germany being restricted.
• eIS expansion to AK/HI still planned, but not happening yet.
• Discussion about how combined shipping works with eIS and some of the restrictions.
