Sold a plaque with sword fragments mounted on it, to be shipped to France.  It was declared undeliverable (I assume because it resembles a weapon, even though it's only a plaque).  I'm trying to find a way to contact someone at ebay to see what to do next.  It takes me on a relentless loop that is reminiscent of Comcast customer service.  Can anyone provide some valid contact information so I can speak or email someone in regards to what happens next?  Resolution center is useless.

Just last month I sold an amber necklace to a buyer in UK and that package got sent back to me TWICE as an item that can not be imported to UK.  apparently, UK is prohibiting Russian amber so blocked all vintage amber because it may have come from Russia.  Welcome to my world...

Who declared it undeliverable?

Basically, once you ship it off to KY  it is out of your hands.  If it can't be delivered for whatever reason and gets sent back to KY they keep it and issue a refund. I assume they sell all that stuff off to recoup their losses. There is nothing for you to do.

Was that through the GSP?

If you sent it yourself, can't you be less...uh...descriptive on the customs form?

When you check the tracking information, it says undeliverable (item restricted).  The money is still being held by paypal for 2 more weeks, so as of right now I'm out both an item and $800 cash.

As usual, the  GSP FAQ is full of weasel words.

eBay or Pitney Bowes may elect to return to you (at any U.S. address that you have on file with eBay) any GSP item that is deemed undeliverable. eBay may also require a reversal of the PayPal payment that your buyer made to you consisting of the GSP item price and the amount (if any) charged by you to ship the item to the Global Shipping Center.

There is no email contact. You'll need to call Customer Service and ask to speak to someone in the GSP.
