I have now used the GSP for several years. As recently as last week. However today I buyer from SOuth Korea purchased an item and it did not go trough the GSP. Is there a phone number or Email to contact EBAY why this item did not go through GSP. The item was a challenge coin specific to S. Korea.
Your listing offered GSP shipping to Canada, Bahamas and Uruguay. There were a lot of regions on your shipping exclusion list. Either you changed the settings, or eBay did it for you based on category and import / customs restrictions.
I think EBAY changed the way they do things. In the past an international buyer went straight to GSP. I had to send the invoice. Before EBAY did that. However once the buyer paid the option for GSP showed up & I had to change the shipping.
