I can't print shipping labels

Hi, I am a seller and recently I've experience issues whenever I sale an item I can't print label. It keep saying we were an able to print the label. I've got  PayPal, credit and my bank set for payments, but keep saying an able to print the label.  Any suggestion what I should do to be able to print the labels on ebay after the item is sold?

Are you trying to print it for the US or international? I get the same error message but it still lets me print a US label.
