Only your seller can provide you with accurate information.

There are a number of postal services available , Fully tracked, partial tracking , no tracking, signature required just to name a few  and it depends on what your seller offered/ what service you paid.

Each country has it's own postal service provider who handles the domestic leg of item's journey and is then passed on to the destination country's postal service provider who has it's own level of service .
