I DO NOT and HAVE NEVER used the Global Shipping program but almost lost a sale because my customer said it went to that program when she tried to purchase from Canada. Luckily she decided to have it shipped stateside to a friend, but otherwise she would have not purchased!
I just double-checked my preferences and Global Shipping was NOT checked! How
can this even happen?? How do I know it hasn't happened before and I have lost sales?
