Full page Label

My labels are not printing the bottom part of the label.

It only prints the label itself and does not print the bottom half with item info, postage cost etc.

How can I set it to print the full page?

At the bottom left, I think, of the label page is a link the says something about PDF size, click on that link and it will open a dialog box that lets you choose to print the other information. It should let you set it as default too.
