I will usually look at other similar listings to give me an idea on shipping to charge on an Item. My Question Is how Can a seller ask $8 for a Part and offer Free shipping when i know the cheapest shipping for that part is like $15 ?

What costs the US a minimum $50 to ship a tracked package to China, China can ship here with tracking for $2-$3 thanks to an agreement made between China, USPS and our government.

Either as other posters have pointed out, it’s coming from China or that seller is using media mail incorrectly. 

there is a new USPS service coming for parcel. If you can fit it in a cubic foot package it will ship pretty cheap. 

I just got notice from Pirate Ship about it.
