For the last two days ebay has converted my closing auctions to Free Shipping. I have been on ebay almost since it's inception and I know how to do this. I carefully list the box weight, dimensions, and shipping method on all my items. After this happened with two items I went into to my listings to check every item and they all had shipping prices, yet when four more closed they were all "Free Shipping". I called ebay last night and they verified that it was a glitch on their end and they would fix it. This has not happened and when I contacted them today they tried to tell me that I just didn't know how to do the shipping portion.
Yes, I contacted the buyer and they are unsure of the situation. I went ahead and shipped several item at a loss. My main issue is that it is still happening. I just went through all my listings and several more had converted to free shipping. I fixed those and took a screen shot of each item where you can clearly see the postage listed. I feel like ebay is not being very responsive and also wondered, could I be the only one with this issue?
