Hey all,
I've been off ebay for nearly 2 years. I had previously been a top rated seller, back much farther I was a regular part of the power seller program. The requirements to retain these statuses were originally based solely on consistent substantial monthly volume & transactions while maintaining a relatively clean feedback record. Today is the 1st time I have logged in in 2 years; I have thought about maybe starting selling on here, just a little bit here and there. I have no interest in building or growing anything like the past or any of the blue ribbons they hand out just basic selling occasionally.
I see a lot of mention of free shipping free returns. Please tell me that as a basic seller I can define my own return policy, that offering free returns are not required by sellers on ebay at this time - that would be a deal breaker.
Anyway I appreciate any informed reply, I do actually miss selling on here & the community.
Regards

Free returns are not required unless you are striving to be a Trs. You can set your own return policy, but in case of a not as described complaint, you are required to provide a return shipping label, and refund on return. Doesnt matter if you say no returns on the item.No returns doesnt mean no refunds..good luck.
