Free Delivery in 4 Days?

I am offering USPS Priority Mail and Same Day handling in my listings, why are they not marked with the green “Free delivery in 4 days” or “Fast ‘N Free”? I see listings using USPS First Class with the 4 day label.

Somehow eBay has decided that the estimated delivery window for that item ends next Wednesday, which is more than 4 business days. Try switching from flat rate to calculated for the listing's shipping setup.

Delivery estimates for me (Delaware) show 3/27 to 3/31. It's possible that the USPS's inconsistent shipping times are causing eBay to be conservative for some locations.

I’m using free shipping, not flat rate. Isn’t it the same as calculated, just that I pay for it?

Yes, clearly you are offering free shipping. When you set up a listing even if you're offering free shipping you still have to choose whether to check off flat or calculated shipping.

This happened to me too and when I called eBay they keep trying to tell me it was something I was doing wrong. After 45 minutes they put me through to a supervisor and she tried to convince me it was something I had changed.

Then I refreshed the page and... The "FREE 4 DAY SHIPPING" disappeared. I thanked them but two days later it reappeared so I called again and again it disappeared.

I've updated my Titles to now read "1 DAY SHIPPING" but shouldn't have to do that.

Below someone said the thought it was about delivery days but if that was the case it should read "FREE 4 DAY DELIVERY"
