I’m not sure but even if it isn’t on the list, the gsp sometimes refuses to ship an item that they think ‘might’ be restricted. But you won’t know until it reaches the gsp Center.
You can never be sure with GSP. They often don't know what the item is and err on the side of caution. So in that case, they refund the buyer, you keep the payment and GSP will dispose of the "offending" item.
