Hello everyone. I'm a first-time seller getting rid of some old Bakugan to try and make some money before heading off to college. I sold one for $100 about a week ago and prepared to ship it. I took extreme precautions whilst packing it, and I shipped it out the next day. Approximately 5 days later, the buyer receives it and claims it arrived damaged. I asked for pictures and have been trying to contact the buyer and 4 days later, today, they have given no response. I spoke to the help center two days ago and she told me to call back on the 21st if the buyer still has not responded, but on my return page, it says "Refund due date" as the 21st. What will happen if I wait until then? I just don't want to lose my money AND Bakugan, and get bad feedback because I was planning on selling more. Can anybody help me out?

If you dont respond by the 21st, and accept the refund after return and provide a return shipping label, Ebay will do it for you. They will refund the buyer and you wont get your item back.

If they've already filed an INAD, you could refund them and open a claim with carrier and hope they pay out.
Have buyer keep item and package so carrier can inspect it if they want to.
Or, accept the return, provide return shipping and give full refund once you get the item back.
If you wait to long to accept or refund, buyer can ask Ebay to step in and they might refund buyer from your Pay Pal account and let them keep the item.
