USPS and First Class mail has nothing to do with what your seller did; I would NOT let that deter you from buying something that ships First Class as all First Class is, is a package that ships for $4 to $6 and weighs under 16 oz. Otherwise it has to go Priority and will cost you more money for no good reason. I've had First Class packages make it across the country in 2 days and I've had Priority (which costs more and usually heavier than 16 oz) but is supposed to deliver in 2-3 days, take 10 days to half way across the country.
Bottom line; it's a 'delivery thing' and all carriers have issues once in a while, Fedex, UPS, USPS- but overall probably less than 1%.
