First Class shipping errors

Hello everyone.  So on both me and my wife's phones our option to select first Class shipping has vanished.  Weight is under a pound and dimensions are correct for first Class. We've listed hundreds on items and suddenly 1st class has vanished. Also going back and looking at existing listings show all under priority shipping. I've reinstalled the ap and still no luck.  Any solutions ?

We wait until eBay decides to fix it just like back in February when the same thing happened 🤦‍♀️

...and the sad part of this is if you go to report the problem in the app, it sends you to this forum.  Has anyone seen any input from eBay customer service or tech support here, or are we just spinning our wheels?!?

I do know it is happening over here as well (Au) and for at least 3 days so far, so a rather big glitch it seems.

 

When our Post Office updates prices or services eBay is always notoriously slow updating them for our shipping details, PIA

There are many threads about this app issue.  Do you have access to a desk top computer?  I just printed a first class label with no issues.

Well,  it's nice to know there are other Ebay Sellers having the same issue with the shipping.  One thing I did notice is when you click on to view your listing, the shipping that was selected upon listing does remain.  I have also noticed that all of my listings (go into revise) at the bottom has the same thing--No Service Selected select a shipping service and First Class isn't one of them-- (my item is under 1 lb.)  I'll try getting in contact with technical services.
