First Class USPS Shipping Option has Disappeared

Writing with concern over the shipping options for us sellers. I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this issue right now, but I cannot ship anything via USPS First Class Mail. What's more, the option -- which had been selected for all of my current listings, regardless of category -- have been wiped out, leaving all of my currently for sale items not showing a shipping method.

I know the app has had troubles in the past, but I don't use the app -- I use PC for all such posts. What is going on?

I don't remember any notifications that they were going to remove the 1st class option either. Maybe it has something to do with switching away from Paypal? SMH

They better fix it!!! I’ve got 100’s of listings w improper shipping stated in descriptions, and shows no first class option/ almost all my sales go first class!!! Ebay is losing me, but so much time has been already invested!!! Seller= sirreel22

Yep. It’s disappeared on the app again. This happened a couple months ago and eBay said it was probably a programming glitch and they fixed it.

Hopefully this gets fixed.  The eBay standard envelope option for trading cards has been gone all day too.

Just saw this on another thread and it seemed to work.

"try using the Advanced listing form instead of the quick listing form or the app.  Been hearing some complaints recently about this very problem. Not sure if it is a glitch, but switching to the Advanced format should be one work-around. Good luck!"

So switching to the business mode or business tools at the top let me list as first class and the missing ebay envelope for most of my items.  Hope that helps anyone

I can still ship 1st class. But can’t choose it as an option when listing an item. I will pick parcel ground and do a flat rate cost guessing at the actual cost of the 1st class rate when listing. I hope they fix this soon!!

Me too! This is so frustrating as it is the same on both my computer and app. The "eBay Standard Envelope for Trading Cards, Stamps, Postcards & Coins up to $20" was missing for a little while, but is back now.

We need USPS First Class ASAP eBay!!!

This has been driving me nuts since yesterday. I can't list anything new and I can't make any changes because of this. So frustrating! Hoping something gets resolved soon.

It’s SO annoying. It’s happened in the past and they’ve fixed it. I’m just saving drafts and adding first class from my pc. So time consuming.
