Did you mean:

Finally got really scammed...and no recourse??

Okay, I ordered 3 items in November. I had an arrival date in January (it kept getting pushed later). Items didn't arrive. Seller didn't respond when I contacted them in February. Repeatedly.

Now: I'm outside the 60 day refund policy.

I have no option for a refund, unless the seller magically decides to pay me back.

I can't leave the seller negative feedback because I just figured out THAT expires after 60 days.

Perfect scam! Say your ship times are delayed. Keep updating your time until after 60 days. Then there is no way to get bad reviews. And your "customers" just lose out on the money you stole.

eBay: I have been shopping with you for YEARS. This has to get addressed. 60 days refund windows should not be allowed when items haven't arrived. With slow ship times, the 60 day feedback and return time should start after items have been delivered. You are making it possible for eBay to host many scam artists. We can't leave negative reviews and protect other victims. And with no real customer service, there is no mechanism to fully track this and shut these vendors down.

Anyone else experience this??

Did you use PayPal for payment? I believe they give you 180 days to file a claim.

Then this might be news to you: THE LAST ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE DOES NOT CHANGE.

It is stated at Checkout, remains the same after you pay, and shown in your Confirmed and the Order Update emails, both of which are yours to keep and cannot be altered. What does change is the estimated delivery date in the listing, even if it's ended, when you open it anew day after day, to estimate the delivery date IF YOU BUY IT TODAY.

Whenever the original, invariable, last estimated delivery date is, to get your refund if your item still has not arrived, you must start an Item Not Received refund request within 30 days after that date, then if necessary, escalate after 3 business days.

It's that simple.
