How do I correctly file a claim when item was shipped through ebay's UPS. I'm the seller & item arrived damaged to buyer. Buyer provided pictures of damage. I do not want the items returned to me. I just want to make sure I refund the buyer's money correctly through ebay. The information I am reading on the existing articles are very confusing & with conflicting answers.
Please help as I have never had this issue before.

Item received damaged by shipper to you; is not as described: file a not as described case with eBay.
