When using the file exchange process to download sales reports what happened to the tracking number field.
I use a majority of these fields to update my database to track sales, taxes and customer service.
Why is someone always changing the way an email or file exchange looks?
I wouldn't have to use the file exchange if the purchase shipping emails still looked like they did when using PayPal to manage payments it gave you tracking number price and address. Now you just get a generic here's what you paid here's who you used nothing else and if you included insurance no tracking numbers or addresses to verify.
