Hi there,
I recently received a negative from an international buyer, his item was shipped 2 days after the purchase using the Ebay Global shipping and he left me a negative saying "WHERE'S MY ORDER!" and his item arrived the next day, I requested to have the feedback removed using the Ebay link and it was denied, go figure. How do I contact and agent VIA phone, I can't find anything.

@urbanfan11 The first thing I would do is message the Buyer and ask them that since the item was delivered would they please accept a Feedback revision form to change the feedback. I would go on record making this attempt before I tried to contact eBay. Below is a link to help in the process of directly requesting a Feedback change from Buyers.

If the buyer refuses to modify the feedback then your next step is to leave a response.
KEEP IT EXCEEDINGLY NEUTRAL
You are not really leaving it for THIS buyer so much as you are leaving it for the NEXT buyer who will judge you based on what he sees. If you are rude, sarcastic or snarky the NEXT buyer may click away.
BUT if you keep it straight forward matter of fact then the NEXT buyer will/should recognize what happened.
Something like “Unfortunately delayed in international transit. Package was actually delivered 2 days after this feedback”
