Ebay  rules on feedback left  needs updating  urgently,  they allow unscrupulous buyers to leave negative feedback  for the most trivial  complaints They buy your  dress  wear it and even damage it,  then want to return it and are allowed to leave negative feedback  I'm so angry about a recent case of this were a buyer decided to send my dress back to me after one month and complained it was ripped and hand stitched and had been on holiday when it arrived, all untrue  as she was buying other dresses after my dress was delivered ,  the return was closed then the buyer decided to have her own back on me by leaving disgraceful feedback which Ebay consented to its unbelievable

Yes. It's a shame. Your merchandise is beautiful. When I get word of an unsatisfied customer, even when I know they're not honest, I do everything to make them happy. Sometimes, they want to get all their money back including shipping and have me pay the return shipping as well. I've only had that happen a time or two. I just grin and bear it and refund their money. Anything to keep down the bad feedback. It's hard to bear, but the buyer has the upper hand.

Feedback is pretty much useless at this point.  You have beautiful merchandise with awesome photos.  Please do no tlet one person get you upset.  They simply are not the type of customer you want to ever come back to your store so please do not forget to put them on your Blocked buyer list.

Thank you Ebay will always favour the buyer, but one day they will have no sellers there are so many sellers leaving them
