Feedback harrassment

Bought a pandora ring and the listing stated it was a diffrent size to what it actually was when it arrived. I contacted the seller the day it arrived and sent a photo of the ring size (which was shown on the side of the ring). Seller responded and told me that the size she listed was what she was told by a rep at pandora even though my photo clearly depicted otherwise so I needed to "list and sell it to get my money back".  I then explained that since it was an item that wasnt accurately described she must accept the return and provide a refund as per ebay policy to which she refused saying that her listing stated "no returns accepted". After speaking with ebay, they advised me to open a dispute as the no returns policy does not apply to goods that arent accurately described.  The day before it escalated to ebay she sent a message saying she would now refund and eventually did. I left neutral feedback saying that the "item description was inaccurate and seller initially refused a refund but later did". Tonight I have received further emails from the seller saying she will lodge a complaint to ebay to have my feedback removed as it was unfair. Just wondering what others think.

OK kids, time to get the Dodge loaded up again. I hear 'Poppy's By the Tree' calling. This trip might be a long one too.

Based solely on your description of the chain of events, I agree with just ignoring the messages.

Keep in mind, though, if you are having an excessive amount of problems with different sellers, which your feedback clearly shows, then one of them may eventually be able to convince ebay otherwise.

Technically you should win on that basis of what happened the way you are telling us here. But your feedback left for others looks like just one problem after another for you. And in at least one case it looks like you are criticizing the seller about the product. If the CS rep is on the fence about whether to remove the feedback for that seller and looks at your other recent comments then theres a good chance that they will agree with the seller and not you.
