I had a very bad transaction with a seller and I got a refund but I couldn't give negative feedback and yet others have been able to give negative feedback after getting a refund. How come they can do it and I can't?

Are you able to leave that feedback here?

Why was it a bad transaction when you received a refund? You can't leave neutral or negative feedback for TRS sellers until after 7 days.

You may still be able to leave feedback if your transaction appears on this list:
Calm and factual feedback is best.

I couldn't give feedback at either link ya'll gave me. He gave me feedback though but still he wasn't on the list the second person gave me. Now I'll answer the person who asked me how could it be a bad transaction if I got a refund? Well, you should have seen all the **bleep** the seller was giving me when I contacted him before going through ebay to get the refund. Just a few examples: He said I only had 72 hours to ask for one even though it says 30 day free returns. He also said I had to pay to have it returned when it said in his item description it was 30 day FREE returns. He said I was too late because I ordered on Dec 12 when I actually ordered it on Feb 12. Then he said I couldn't return it because I washed it ... well others had washed theirs and because it shrunk they got a refund. And on and on and on with the **bleep** until I finally just went through ebay. Anyway, my original question was why can others give negative feedback after a refund and I couldn't.
