In the past few days I have had buyers contact me about damaged shipments. They sent pictures. I have never used smart post before. Ebay is really pushing this service. I will never use fedex again. The smart post is only pennies different than USPS. I refunded the buyers and filed claims with fedex but I did not get a confirmation from fedex. Kind of a shoddy way to do business. I hope I hear back from fedex with a check. this has put me out over $100.00.
