Lately eBay has been letting buyers pay less than what they are charging me to ship Fedex packages when I make out the labels. I’m losing 2 or 3 dollars each shipment. Is this going to be fixed and how do I get my money back. Contacting eBay about anything is impossible .

Do you have your listing set to show discounted rates to your buyers, or retail rates? If the former... go to your Account Settings and change that choice. If the latter... are you entering the same measurements/weight on the listing as in your label form?
ETA: Here's the link to change to discounted/retail rates. Good luck. >> Shipping Preferences

It is set to give buyers the discounted rate and yes the same specifications of the package are entered. My rate shown does not agree with what the buyer is paying. This has only started happening for about a week now.

"It is set to give buyers the discounted rate..."
I'd go ahead and proactively change that setting to 'Retail', anyway. I don't use FedEx, so can't speak to your pricing issue.

They just did it again today. Another 3 dollar loss on a low value package . If they don't fix this soon I'm going to quit offering the Fedex option.

Is it the holiday boost in shipping rates? I offer free shipping so I don't know if the tables have adjusted to that nice little "add" recently. Sorry if so -- just an idea considering you're saying it's an amount about the increase.
Ho Ho Ho!
