This is the first time I've had any issues printing labels in a while. I checked my printer settings. I switched to landscape for the two settings I saw. No change. Label prints on the left of the horizontal label and the lower barcode gets cut off. On the label printing page I was able to right click and select rotate clockwise which I did. Still prints vertically. I've printed and wasted 5 labels thus far. Need to figure this out asap. I appreciate any help.

No. I'm printing through ebay as I've always done. I just attempted to reprint the label to a regular sheet of printer paper but I'm getting this message " something went wrong and the label cannot be reprinted at this time. Please try again later ". Frustrating!
Thanks for your response

Try printing through PayPal. This will help isolate if it is an eBay issue or your computer and printer.

Hi. I do not see a way to do so.
The label was already paid for so maybe that is why.

The question is how you have it set up when you "print as you have always done". eBay may have changed something, than makes what you were doing no longer work.
What browser are you using?
Is the browser set up to handle PDF content internally or is it configured to use Adobe Acrobat or other external PDF handler for PDF content?
In Firefox the settings would be found in Tools>Options>Applications
If set to "Preview in Firefox" (or whatever it would be for whatever browser you are using) then that is probably your problem. Internal PDF handling in Firefox, Chrome, and probably other browsers does not work well with eBay labels, and you need to change it to "save file", or "use Adobe Acrobat" or whatever other PDF program you have on your computer, and do not use the browser internal PDF handler. Then see what happens.
Not sure why you are getting that "try again later error" except that weekly Thurs night maintenance may be happening and causing it. (you only get 5 tries at reprints, but it will throw a specific error saying so when that happens)

Well, you will have to void the miss printed labels anyway (refund can take up to 2 weeks).
Copy and paste the buyers address using www.paypal.com/shipnow and fill in all the other information. If it works cut and paste the tracking number into your eBay page.
It is pretty much what I have to do all the time. eBay labels doesn't seem to like Edge and my computer with windows 10 doesn't work well with any other system.

OP is dealing with an eBay FedEx label printing problem.
FedEx labels don't need to be voided - they are not charged unless used. FedEx labels can not be printed at PayPal.
I did not know that. Huh, another reason not to use FedEx.

Hi. I use Chrome and have never messed with any of that PDF stuff. It's new to me. I will take a look into it.
Yes, I reprinted the label at least 5 times.
I haven't printed any labels since so unsure if it was a one time thing or it's still messed up. I took a risk and ended up just using one of the vertically printed labels with the bottom half of the lower barcode gone and the package has been making it's way through the system without any hiccups.
I didn't know that Fedex labels are not charged until package is shipped. I know they usually charge when delivered or sometime thereafter but I figured once printed you were as good as charged for that amount. Good to know!

My fedex label was printing vertically and cutting off the bottom portion as well. Nothing worked until I tried printing again with "classic" instead of the ebay new printing system.. worked perfectly immediately. Should be a link at the top that says go back to classic label printing.

It is not the printer setting.
When you go to print in Adobe there will be a series of drop down boxes that appear just before you click print.
Look close and you will see a setting for landscape/portrait. Click and change it there.
When you do the preview that you are seeing should also change.
I print labels through both eBay and Pirateship. I have to keep switching it back and forth as each page is set up differently.

Unfortunately, eBay just took away the classic view option which was working like you said. The new layout is horrible and obviously still full of bugs.

I just had this exact problem printing Fedex labels. I am using Avery 48126 labels (two 5.5" x 8.5" labels per 8.5" x 11" sheet). And ebay wants to place the label as though printing portrait mode, with part of the printing on one label and part on the next. I tried landscape mode in the browser (Edge) and also tried downloading the label and landscape mode in Adobe Reader. Both resulted in shrinking the printing to about 1/4 normal size. I finally opened the downloaded labels in Photoshop and scaled them to fit, and printed. Called ebay customer service - they had no clue. What a pain.
