Fedex Ground labels no longer showing, only Fedex Home

This can cause a lot of problems. A business marked with a Home label can get the package delayed since they don't deliver to residential on Mondays.

Package goes out on Saturday as a Home delivery but doesn't get delivered because it is a business address. Then come Monday the package does not go out because it has a Home label on it. Now package gets delivered on Tuesday instead. Not to mention the additional handling and tossing around of the package by disgruntled employees that are mad because the package was labeled wrong.

Then to top it all off, Fedex makes an ADDITIONAL fee for the Fedex Home label that they will NEVER credit back. (they only add to the final bill, not subtract)

They have known about this for over 2 months, but still act like I'm from Mars when I ask them about it.  They call it a "glitch" and promise to fix it, but they never do.

FedEx home/ground is the same thing, it goes by address
