FedEx label charges way higher than expected

has anyone had the experience of being charged way more by FedEx for a label than you expected, more than the original price? This has happened to me and I cannot understand why. The package dimensions are the same but they say the weight is WAY more -- like 15 lbs versus 5 lbs. I am very careful measuring and weighing all packages. I have had no issues with USPS and have had none with UPS either, although I don't use UPS too much.  I've been selling for over 3 years and am coming up on 2000 sales, so not a total newbie.

Call Ebay and fight it...demand proof (which they cannot provide). This is an old scam FedEx and UPS run from time to time...Ebay will file an appeal with them but keep on them and they will give you a "courtesy refund"....
