FedEx SmartPost Labels not printing

Is anyone else having issues printing FedEx SmartPost labels? I try to print one and a Tracking Number is generated, but when I try to print the label I get the message "There Seems To Be An Issue With Your Request" and no label is printed.  I have tried to reprint, but get the same error message.

Don't use FedEx SmartPost --

its cost is not worth the feedback you'll get.

Thanks, but the buyer already paid for it and I'm just trying to print it. I've never had issues printing, but for some reason I am today.

How much does the package weigh?

 Just ship it Priority Mail.

I probably will end up doing that if I can't print the label. 

I was just curious if others had the same issue and if was perhaps something that I'm doing wrong.

How much would Priority Mail cost?

Priority is about $2.50 more so I'll just go with that.
