Hello, FedEx Returns Package to me before delivering, Reason Shipper Request, this was sent to the valid address on buyers eBay account, I don't know who FedEx is referring to as shipper but I know I did not request return.
As usual eBay Told Me to Contact FedEx and FedEx told me to contact eBay, no answers no help. I Told Buyer I would Happily refund him the money but told him to open a claim through eBay so neither of us would loose the money for shipping, well long story short I ended up being charge the shipping amount by FedEx to my account, buyer received full refund. tried deputing case and eBay stood by their decision, tried filing a claim with FedEx for the shipping money and they told me I have to file my claim directly through eBay since they pay the shipping fee to FedEx. Just filed that Claim through eBay shipping labels, but probably won't do any good since your filling for lost or damage item which this is neither, I am just trying to get my shipping fee's returned to me. Very stressful dealing with both eBay and FedEx, somebody issued this return which cost me a good bit. I was hopping seller protection would help since as far as I am concerned this happened because of a mistake made by FedEx or eBay in my honest opinion. Thanks For any reply's

Without providing the customer information, could you please provide us a screenshot of the online tracking to read the FedEx scans?
Are you sure the delivery address was valid?
Its extremely rare for a courier such as FedEx to return anything without instructions from the shipper or there was something completely wrong/inaccurate about the delivery address.
Unless the buyer provided some inaccurate address, you're on the hook for the original shipping label.
