FedEx Ground not available as a shipping option due to site bug as of 8-21-20

I noticed today that FedEx Ground isn't showing up as a shipping option.  CS admitted it was a known issue as of today meaning it is serious enough to get eBay's attention.  As per eBay's usual excuses they are "doing their best" and have no idea when the issue will be fixed.  If you are seeing the same issue be sure to use the help and contact page to request a call from eBay to be added to the bug list.

Anndd it broke again as I am trying to do my shipping.  Surely I am not the only one here with this issue???  Like usual no eBay support so I am screwed...  Either stuck with smart post or see if my own FedEx account will give me a worthwhile price...

I will try at the FedEx office in the morning as see if ground is available.  The cheapest showing up on Ebay is over twice the ground shipping rate.

In store will be expensive.  Maybe see if you can setup an account real quick.  It will still be a little pricey, but you can do it from home. 

I need to call a rep and see if I can get a better discount on my account.

Yup still broken.  Along with Parcel Select I am told.  Only option at this point is to bother support for an update as much as possible.   In the mean time I will probably be shutting down my store.  I don't like having to choose between losing money on shipping or losing sales.  Either way I lose because of this bug...

Still a problem. I ate the Fedex 2 day cost on a smaller package last night, but have a very large computer to ship and really don't want to eat the cost of sending it 2-day. 

Home is grayed out here because the buyer has a business address and is eligible for Ground ... but the Ground option is missing. 

Not a great time for this bug when USPS is experiencing delays. This last shipping tool update was a step backward in more ways than one. I wish they would just revert the tool back to where it was a couple weeks ago.

Ground services don't even show up for me.  I do have a few items at random that will let me select ground.  Looking through old orders I have some I can print ground labels on.  I am tempted to try that and hope nothing bad happens.

I am having the same trouble. Called eBay once so far and they suggested contacting the buyer to see if there was possibly an error in their address, so clearly not all eBay reps are aware of this problem. Needless to say, there was no error in the ship-to address. Had to eat extra cost for shipping. Now I have a large package to ship and I'd really like to make a profit rather than withstand a loss. Will do as others suggested and continue to call eBay seller help. Thanks to everyone who posted here!

Made it through the day shipping the rest of my backlog.  Unfortunately I have been told it hasn't been fixed yet officially.  Still no ETA.   😠
