Fed-Ex label didn't print - reprint will not work either

I purchased a fed-ex smart post label today, hit print from ebay shipping, the page went to a seems to be a problem processing your request page instead of bringing up a label. In the listing, the item is marked shipped and there is a tracking number. I went into re-print label and it keeps bringing up the page that says "There seem to be some issue processing your request". 

I tried to void the Fed-Ex label and this comes up. "FedEx labels can't be voided because you aren't charged until the package has been delivered" Now how can it be delivered when I cannot print the label to attach to the package?

Can someone help?

Try reprinting again. Maybe the gremlins are taking a nap now and it will work.

If you still can't get a reprint to fly, print another label. You don't have to void FedEx labels if they are not used, and even though there will be 2 tracking numbers on the transaction, it won't matter - the first one will just rot and do nothing.
