I have the same thing. 3 day handle, but usually ship quickly.
For sales today with a "ship by" Wednesday eBay is showing the delivery estimate several states away as Thursday.
They go by our historical shipping data.
With 3 day handling a listing can still show up as "guaranteed delivery" when someone is looking at it. I am not in GD. If toggled, no listings show.

If eBay estimates that the delivery on a free shipped item will be made in 4 business days or less, they will slap the "Fast-n-Free" label on it.

If you are looking at your own listing, ebay has determined that if you ship to your own zip code, the package will be delivered within 4 business days, so displays the FAST N FREE logo.

If I send a card to someone here in town if I mail on the third day, it has to go to a Chicago hub before it gets back to town. And when I read the qualifications it says you must have shipping time as same or one day. I guess that’s why I am confused. Thanks for the answers. Brenda
