I am being frustrated by the Seller, Ebay and PayPal. I received an Item that didn't match my order. Seller is proving stubborn. I have contacted Ebay but they're referencing me to PayPal. And when I go to PayPal, they are referencing me back to Ebay. Just "BACK AND FORTH

Open up a return and put in the reason as Item Not As Described. You have 30 days from the date you received the item to do this. If the seller doesn't respond, ask eBay to step in.

There is a money back guarantee on eBay. If you item doesn't match then open a return. It's quite easy to do, there are huge blue buttons practically in your face the moment you make a purchase on here, asking if you want to return your item. You don't need to contact the seller, although it was nice that you tried to. Since they were not helpful in guiding you correctly, then just open a return. Go to your purchase history, upper right under My eBay. Just follow the prompts. Best of luck to you....
