Fake tracking number, said my package already sent!

I'm new to selling on eBay,how do I get a hold of eBay,to let them know that I haven't received my money for what I sold,and I go into post office,ready to have post office scan shipping bar code,and says package already sent,when I'm holding package in my hand! Also had a fraudulent tracking number,was short one number! So got charged for that label.so I sent package and paid out of pocket,so no record ofreal tracking number to get paid . How am I supposed to get a hold of eBay, to tell them all of this!!!!

Perhaps you can explain from the beginning what happened. 

When was the purchase made? 

Is the buyer overseas? 

Did you purchase postage through eBay?  

I'm trying to understand why you shipped the item if USPS told you there was already a tracking number in the system.  To me that would have suggested something was terribly wrong.

New sellers have payment holds. They are up to 30 days.

You bought a USPS label and it was already sent?

Then you had a fraudulent tracking number with 1 digit short?

Then you bought a new label and didnt attach it to your sold item?

You can go to the bottom of most pages and request a call back.

I would try eBays FB page and private message your issues and see if they can help.
