In the last few weeks, I've received two "Overdue Shipping" notices to jewelry items when the customer had paid either that day or early the next. This is evident on my order screen - that the item was shipped next business day after it was paid for. Already, these have affected my performance and appear there as tracking "uploaded late."
I had phone contact with an eBay agent about this and apparently nothing was done. Those days, I did the same thing with other items, shipped the same day, and received no such notice in red. This also happened about a year ago. Also yesterday, the shipping label for another item did not reach my email. That happened a few weeks ago but I didn't realize it until I was at the Post Office, and had to get my QR codes from a public computer.
I had suggested before and again, I simply needed to report that my account be looked at for these problems. I felt that my account might be hacked or tampered with. The problem happened, as before, after a particularly large sale.
I feel I can only report this but I haven't had much help with the problem. The tracking in these two listings for my current seller evaluation were not uploaded late. That can be seen on the order screen. I would like to have that corrected and to have some confidence that there isn't an uncomprehended problem here.

USPS is getting lax updating tracking. I ran into that too. I changed my handling to three days .

Like there might be a technical issue on eBay's end causing these problems. Have you checked if there are any ongoing system glitches or platform updates that might be delaying the tracking uploads or preventing the shipping labels from reaching your email? Sometimes these kinds of errors happen during system maintenance or due to a temporary bug. It might also help to log out of your account, clear your browser cache, and then log back in to see if that resolves anything. If you're using a shipping software or integration, make sure that's also working correctly.

A few weeks ago I was hit with seven of these, lost TRS. Everything was on time and scanned etc, I pack and ship like a clockwork zombie.
USPS has been great over the season but ebay maybe had a little too much of the 'nog. I gave up on full time here, other sites are (marginally) less inept...
I blame society 😉
