Fake tracking number »»» I've been robbed

I bought an item. The seller send a tracking number and it`s everything ok, until the tracking informed me that my item was delivered. The problem is the item of the tracking number was from another person in another city. The Ebay say the item was delivered (but not!) and I can`t do nothing because of that! I can`t talk with the seller because the seller is no longer registered on Ebay.

I`ve been robbed and I can do nothing...

If it was a wrong delivery to another city, but eBay says it was delivered to you @mariosilva001 -- according to this post, eBay wants to talk to you:

it seems eBay doesn't detect that a tracking number was delivered to the wrong city/state or the wrong ZIP code, assumes "Delivered" to a wrong ZIP code is delivered

Customer Service is happy to open this kind of request as needed. We want to review these kind of one off situations as often as possible to ensure the right action is taken, so [you] would need to contact Customer Service directly.

You can reach eBay by Facebook or Twitter.

Call eBay. If they won’t help, file with PayPal. If that doesn’t work, file a chargeback with your credit card.
