Fake diamond

I purchased as what was described a leo natural diamond ring with certification. When I received my product it was a nexus lab created diamond ring with the certification. The seller insists the diamond is real and if I return it and it's fake she will not refund me. I opened a return case and the lady is being very unprofessional

 

. What should I do? Should wait for Ebay to step in? I'm scared if I send it back with the proof I will not receive my refund. But she has yet to provide me with a return label as well.

I believe the seller has five days to respond, if she doesnt, ask Ebay to step in, they will refund you without returning the ring and she will get a major defect on her account.

Add this to the list of things that I will never buy on ebay.

That list is already very long btw...
