Hello,

I'm trying to print a return shipping label but the ebay site hangs on "Label loading" before timing out. I've been trying for three days now but the issue remains. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Thanks.

I'm assuming that you are trying to send it to your printer, is that right? Have you tried saving it as a PDF file? Or is it already a PDF file?

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, I never even get a label to print. The eBay service that is supposed to generate the shipping label seems to be the issue. It just spins and spins before failing. Will probably try the eBay support callback tomorrow.

Click the Email button instead of the Print button @djwojcik to have eBay send a PDF of the return label to your email address. You can leave or change the email address at the next step before you submit the request.

Sorry, I should have mentioned the email option does not work either. I've clicked it many times. It says a label has been sent but I never receive an email. There is nothing in any filtered spam or junk mail folder either. Definitely frustrating but I appreciate the suggestion.

With neither Print nor Email, you are stalled until the deadline passes @djwojcik and your return closes without a refund. Instead, send a private message with your name, email, and zip code to eBay at Facebook or Twitter and ask eBay to step in.
