Fake claim of missing items please advise. eBay has recently decided against me as a seller for a fake claim of missing items. Buyer will not communicate with me buyer will not tell me what is missing. eBay had no luck getting to know what is missing from the package. Opened up a claim eBay forced return with no resolution of what is missing. What am I doing wrong that I lost. Package was complete when I sent it. Had to open Insurance claim nobody will respond to me of what of my items are missing. The post office told me that since the insurance claim was open that the buyer had to surrender the items to the post office and he or she can tell by the name would be given a receipt for items investigation done for theft and if found in my favor or their favors the items would be destroyed or returned . Why is eBay circumventing the post office and forcing this return.

Ebay forced a return? Did you get the item back? If you did, you would know what was missing, right? Buyers usually win snad complaints, why didnt you have the buyer return the item before refunding?

you should ask/do tracked & trace postage to avoid this.

Since the op had insurance on the item, obviously he had tracking..what does that have to do with items missing from the box he sent?

eBay forced to The Return by charging my account for shipping label haven't received items back they said as soon as I receive items back they'll refund my buyer still without knowing what's missing
