Like others, we've been unable to print USPS labels after the latest IE updates. Others have been switching to Chrome's browser to print their labels.
Here's all you have to do.
Click on TOOLS in the upper left corner of your browser.
Scroll down to and click on COMPATIBILITY VIEW SETTINGS
'pb.com' should already be in the site to add window. Click ADD
(pb stands for Pitney Bowes, who supplies that page for eBay shipping)
Make sure both of the boxes in the lower left corner are checked.
Click CLOSE.
Print your label.
Worked for us and we're guessing the IE update changed things a bit.
Let others know if this worked for you as well!!

My apologies because I left something out.
What I did first was click through the labels until I got to the actual page that shows the label ready to print. We click on the link that takes you to a LARGER version of the label to print out (an option just above the first pic of the label).
Once on that particular page showing the label itself, you follow the instructions above. And the site listed in my folder is pb.com.
Once I went to that page and added it to the compatibility settings, I refreshed the page and printed it out as normal. Everything worked fine.
And yes, we have IE 11 as well.
Try going to the label page first and seeing if that'll work for you as well.

Will try...
i mean can always use chrome.
simpler i guess.
but let's see if that works...

well by opening the link on top of the label and "refreshing" the page...
it worked.
refresh the page or it won't work...
printed "blank" the first time around.
what a mess...
this should be fixed right?
that it is an IE or ebay issue...
is 1 of them going to fix the problem?

It should work for you from now on and you shouldn't have to refresh the page. Once IE sees the pb.com site it'll automatically resort to the old settings and allow the label to print.
I think that's the permanent solution for everyone. Go to the page, add it to the list of compatibility sites, refresh the page, and print away.
In the future it should work just as it always has.
well it works if you click on the link "open the label window".
and i know that i will forget... just the habit...
from the original label page, it still prints;
sorry something went wrong.
the first label page is ebay.com
the open the label window page is pb.com
at first i also added ebay.com in the box.
i couldn't even come back to this board.
the forum kept telling me they no longer supported IEv10 and older browsers.
don't get it; i use IE11.
went back to normal once i took ebay.com out of the box.
anyway thanks for your help.
at least 1 way is working.
but hope IE or ebay fixes it soon.

This worked perfectly and I was able to obtain the labels with a REPRINT, as I had not yet voided them. Thank you so much for the FIX.
Called EBAY this afternoon and Rep said it was a known issue, not yet resolved and to use Paypal shipping as a work around. Well, Paypal shipping didn't work either - same story. Charged for label and cannot print it.

Switched from IE to Fire Fox, Labels print just fine. Good Luck to you.

Won't work for me as it never even GETS to the label page.

Thank you so much!! I was able to get my labels printing - pb.com was not there, but I was able to add it and now my labels are printing. Had a miserable morning with the print screen to paint fix with 40 labels so I am thankful to be working properly again.
