How do I solve this? Fedex updated the shipping cost after it was shipped, and charged us through eBay. All boxes were legit in terms of size and weight. Their claims were all false. They cheated us on weight and size. What now?

This has happened before over the years.
If you search the forum for posts about this, there are many.

It's looking like the only thing that could be done is a CC dispute and that's risky.
Sadly, doesn't appear to be much to remedy this.
One last thing; Double check your weight and dimensions as it can sometimes be off.
If you choose sell similar etc.. Just check to be sure.

Hi @w911jan . View the label details and expand the section on the bottom right that says see cost breakdown (highlighted below in green). Black out order #, tracking #, and buyer ID and post a screenshot.
Please also provide a complete physical description of the package (box, bag, tube, box with handle, a lot of tape, etc).

Don't file a payment dispute. Let's first figure out why the cost adjustments were made.
Sometimes they are in error, and in that case we can guide the seller on how to dispute through eBay.
A lot of the time they are legit - for nonstandard packaging, or another valid reason.
Edit to add: most of the time these adjustments come from the seller's available funds, so there is no payment source (bank, credit card, paypal) with which to file a dispute.
