FEDEX Overcharged us on multiple shippments.

How do I solve this? Fedex updated the shipping cost after it was shipped, and charged us through eBay. All boxes were legit in terms of size and weight. Their claims were all false. They cheated us on weight and size. What now?

USPS Shipping Broken - Approve Checkbox Missing

I don't have the USPS "Approve" Checkbox next to USPS Shipping. It does work for Fedex and UPS. What am I doing wrong? Is eBay broken? This started like a day or 2 ago.
