Extend feedback time

Hello,

Is there any chance ebay can extend the amount of time a buyer can leave a seller feedback?

I haven't been able to leave feedback on multiple purchases because shipping was longer than 60 days.  With all the delays in shipping due to covid. Ive had stuff take 90+ days surface shipping from Japan.

60 days isn't enough time for international orders. Maybe it used to be... not anymore.

Since FB is totally voluntary and compliance with it is at a low percentage, I wonder how much priority eBay would give to such a request?
