I need to issue buyer a return label

I cannot figure out how to generate a return shipping label. On my return dashboard it shows return accepted at the top. In the lower right hand corner is shows issue refund. There are no other options.

Shipping with managed payments

I just recently had to make the switch to managed payments. I thought there was a way to have shipping come out of the pending funds for the sale. How do I do that?

FEDEX Delivery Discrepancy
