Error message when trying to get postage label

I've been trying to generate a postage label for 2 days now but just keep getting the message 'something went wrong try again later'. I need to post this parcel, how can I get the label?!

Hi @redroosterl you're on the .com forum and I suggest taking this question to community.ebay.co.uk as the issue may be specific to the UK site.

I'll also suggest checking there aren't any problems with the buyer's address.

I saw this msg before on the Mobile app bc for whatever the reason the buyer was able to exceed the max allotment of character for address space line 1. I had to go to the terminal and manually update the address (break apart the string over 2 lines). Then my purchase was a success (refer to original thread).
