Error in attempting to print shipping label

I am trying to print a shipping label and each time it says "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label." I have never had this issue and I am able to print other labels fine- it's just for the same order/ buyer. Is there a way to fix this or know what is wrong exactly?
