I have an item that needs to go to the authenticator, so the free shipping label comes from ebay. (Otherwise I would use pirateship) Since ebay's shipping is down, will they penalize for not getting this out on time? TIA

I have been unable to ship using the ebay shipping page. It just doesn't open up.

Is eBay is having trouble with the shipping interface? I haven't been able to print my label and have gotten the same error message as everyone else. I've tried refreshing my browser, disabling pop ups, nothing works.
